3. Please reorder if your payment does not process successfully within 24 hours.

若無特定假，付款後約三至五天即可收到包裹

You will receive your order within 3-5 days after payment. This policy will not apply during holidays.

AS-IF 提供顧客七天鑑賞期退貨服務。為符合退貨資格，商品必須符合以下所有條件：

1. 商品必須未經使用, 並且未剪開試用封條

2. 保留原商品包裝且商品狀態與寄出時無異 （所有商品寄出前皆有錄影存證以確保雙方權益）

請將商品包在原包裝內一起寄回

一旦收到並檢驗完您退貨的商品後，我們將透過ig訊息通知您已收到您退貨的商品。

此外也會通知您退款通過核准或遭拒

如果退款通過核准，我們將會在七天內處理您的退款

Return and Refund Notice

AS-IF offers customers a 7 day cooling-off period for returns. To qualify for a refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

1.The item must be UNUSED and the trial seal must remain uncut.

2. Please keep the original packaging of the item and ensure its condition matches that at the time of shipping. All items are recorded via video evidence before being shipped to ensure the rights of both parties.

Please return the item within its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you through Instagram messages that we have received your return.

After receiving the product, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If the refund is approved, we will process your refund within seven days.
